About Me
Meet Dina Ramadan
Licensed Professional Counselor Associate | TX #96044
Supervised by Cheryl S. Tunnell, LPC-Supervisor & Analyst
Prior to becoming a therapist, my educational journey began in the field of nutrition and functional medicine, where I learned to heal chronic illnesses by identifying and addressing their root causes, particularly through nutrition and lifestyle practices. I witnessed firsthand the emotional toll that physical ailments have on a patient’s life. This inspired me to pursue further education at the Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine, where I earned a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling and Behavioral Medicine. Additionally, I have professional affiliations with the Dallas Society of Psychoanalytic Psychology, the Muslim Association for Psychological Services, and the Texas Counseling Association.
In my practice, I embrace a holistic approach to wellbeing, with a particular passion for the interconnected roles that nutrition, psychology, and our relationships play in our overall health.
My office is a warm, private space for you to feel at ease while sharing your story. We will process it together, and I’ll hold some of that heaviness for you until the next time we meet.
